Jaimie Jacobs | Design your own shoes

Have you ever dreamed of designing a pair of shoes? Some time ago I heard about Jaimie Jacobs, which is an online shop from Munich where you can design your own shoes! You can choose between ballerinas, loafers, peep toes, pumps and many more. With help of a 3D-Designer you can design unique shoes from top to bottom – and choose all colors, the leather, the heel and sole. You can also add slings, studs or bows to your shoe if you want. Now tell me how cool does that sound?
Usually one pair costs 200-250€ (incl. shipping) which is really a great price for custom-made shoes! Some of you might think now that it is too expensive, but please keep in mind that these shoes are 100% hand made at your desire, it’s not a mass production! These shoes are made for your shape of feet, whether wide or slim, Jaimie Jacobs has a solution for every shape. I think that this site offers a great service and it gives people the chance to create something unique, for everyday or for special occasions like a wedding or a prom night! Once you’ve ordered your shoes, you will receive them within 14 days and they come with a pretty shoe box, a little “love letter”, a dust bag and some gel insoles to protect your feet from blisters. Also, if the shoes don’t fit you can return them within 30 days.

Kate Spade | Catherine Street Pippa Handbag

Find it here: Kate Spade

Specifications: This bag is made entirely of thick, soft cowhide leather, which for the most part is true black with cream details. The hardware on the handles and zipper is gold, as well as the emblem on the front of the bag. In terms of size, the exact dimensions taken from KateSpade.com are 8.5"h x 12.25"w x 4"d so it is a nice medium sized, everyday bag.

This particular bag has a structured barrel/satchel shape that allows me to fit a large wallet, two makeup bags (one has emergency type items such as bandaids, I don't really carry that much makeup), my phone and it still has room to spare.
The two top handles are quite short, making it perfect to sit in the crook of your arm, however, it also comes with a longer strap so that the bag can be worn over the shoulder or cross body. Personally, I love this detail because if the bag becomes too heavy throughout the day or if you need both hands free when shopping or travelling, you can easily do this by attaching the longer strap. Again the longer strap is made of cream cowhide leather with gold hardware, and the length is also adjustable.

On the inside of the bag is one main compartment, which is fully lined with a navy and white striped print. The large, lined compartment allows you to easily store and find multiple items, especially if you are like me and store everything in small makeup bags (yes, I'm that organised). Also, because of the strong structure of the bag there is no feeling of lost space, and you're provided with the sense that everything within the bag has it's place.

For that little bit of extra organisation, on one side of the bag there is a small zippered compartment that is large enough to fit your phone, a small notebook, receipts etc., and on the other side are two small pockets that again are designed to fit your phone or iPod. As you can see, the cream leather detailing also continues into the interior of the bag, which again, I think is a really nice detail and makes the bag feel more expensive.

Kate Spade New York | Neon Pumps

Kate Spade New York !
Neon pointy toe pumps are a must-have fashion accessory. Why? Well, just look at them! They’re a sight for sore eyes – and, I assure you, they are oh-so-versatile.
For a night out on the town, dress them up with a little black dress or a striped one which will help you stand out from the crowd. Alternatively, achieve a casual rocker-chick vibe by pairing fluorescent pumps with jeans and a short, well-tailored moto jacket.
Whether you’re looking to save or splurge, all three of these neon heels feature padded insoles, a patent leather high-shine finish and a boost of between three-and-a-half and four-and-a-half inches. Oh, and did I mention you’ll look fabulous?
Yeah, ’cause you will.
Happy Shopping!

ACNE STUDIOS | Dramatic Mohair Sweater

Acne Studios
Must Have : Acne Studios Dramatic Mohair Sweater

Any fashion-loving girl living in  a cold country knows the importance of bulky knits in fall and winter. Lucky for us, they're incredibly hot right now and on-trend. Thanks to British bloggers, fashion icons and celebs alike the oversized look is here to stay... at least for a while longer.

The Acne Studios Dramatic Mohair Sweater is the epitome of oversized sweater chic. It's a dark cloud grey and would look amazing layered over faux leather trousers with a bulky tartan scarf on top. The wide rounded neckline gives you all the benefits of warm wool without the restricting feel of a turtleneck. Plus, it also makes wearing long, layered necklaces or a collared button-down chambray underneath all that much easier.

ASOS | Athens Leather Chelsea Ankle Boots

Find these boots here: ASOS

Athens Leather Chelsea Ankle Boots, £21

I ordered these the other week, and absolutely LOVE them!  The sides feature large elasticated inserts making them easy to pull on and even feel even comfier, and the heel is only very small, making them great for day time wear. They're very masculine, fitting in with the military trend that's been big over the past few months, but I don't think I can see them suiting everyone out there.
They're 100% leather and have a very slight suede effect finish that's a gorgeous mid-black colour. I find them super comfortable and easy to walk in, whilst being so versatile to wear with absolutely any outfit.

SHEINSIDE | Pink coat

You can find the coat here: SHEINSIDE

Recommending this cute pink sheinside coat as it goes perfectly with the weather and also looks nice with every outfit. You can wear it with ankle boots or with heels, it depends on the weather. It is a very refreshing color and eye-catching. Being not so expensive everyone can order and have it in their wardrobe.

TOPSHOP Makeup | Lipstick crayons/pencils

Topshop | Lipstick Crayons/Pencils or however else you'd like to name them. Unlike the lipsticks in the Topshop makeup range, these offer a matte finish. I enjoy applying these, as the longer, slimmer packaging allows you to get more precision, almost like you are colouring in your lips with a chubby pencil. They are long lasting and have great pigmentation. If you prefer to wear matte colours on your lips as opposed to something a little more moisturising or frosty, these will be perfect for you. I don't often opt for a matte lip as I much prefer something a little more moisturising on my lips as they are quite dry but sometimes matte lips can look much more effective, and tend to last a lot longer. Although they are matte, they are still very creamy and go on like a dream. Let's also not forget the cute packaging! I absolutely love Topshop packaging, and these are so nifty just to throw in your handbag/clutch and be on your way.

The only thing about these that I don't like, is that you have to sharpen them in order to get more product once it's worn down. Although i'm sure it's not a major fault for most of you, it's just one less thing you really want to do when you could just grab a lipstick and twist it up, no hassle. It certainly won't stop me using them, as I love to pop a little bit of lipgloss on top to give them a much shinier finish, and be on my way.

DANIEL WELLINGTON. Classic Sheffield Lady Watch Review

Find it here: Daniel Wellington

A watch really is a crucial necessity for every girl’s (and guy’s) accessories collection. There are thousands of watch brands out there, millions of designs, and the prices vary from the very cheapest to the kind that feels like your buy a house. Then comes the Daniel Wellington watch.

Even though a small watch face would be more ideal as I enter the professional world, I couldn't help but fall in love with Daniel Wellington's Sheffield Lady Watch. The case features a more simple design and a classic white face.

Style: Black leather band; eggshell white clock face; rosegold hardware
Retail Price: $199 USD ($210 CAD)

Other features:
- water resistant to 29 metres
- stainless steel/Swarovski crystals/mineral crystal
- available in a variety of different straps* as well as hardware in gold, rose gold, or silver
The Classic Sheffield is the name for the black strap; other straps have different names.

Likes: I love the classic look and the lightness of the DW watch. The watch is very simple to read and the face isn't so busy. Reading the time should be easy and straightforward, which is exactly what the Classic Sheffield watch offers. Even though the watch comes in men's and women's versions, I'd pretty much consider it unisex as, besides the sizing, they look nearly identical. I love that Daniel Wellington offers a variety of watch straps so we can never get tired of wearing it.

The Daniel Wellington watch is suitable for every occasion. Regardless if you’re attending a black tie event, playing a game of tennis or enjoying a sunny day at the beach club – the Daniel Wellington is a beautiful companion. I’ve chosen the Classic Sheffield Lady design. I personally like the diameter to be larger than the normal women watches, so this fits just right. The leather strap is impeccable and the rose gold color just makes it just as fabulous. What do you think?

We Wore Forever 21 Makeup, And This Is What Happened

Forever 21 | All these products were amazing to test..but see the results for each product.

Eye Matte Eyeshadow In Aubergine 513
It is very easy to apply, it went on nice and smooth.
- It felt quite light, so it took a little more than usual to get a deep color.
The packaging was nice and the eyeshadow itself felt like a good quality. The only thing that made it feel as though it was from Forever 21 was how thin it was when I applied it.
- Yes, it lasted all day. In fact, it was kind of tough to get off at the end of the day, it required a little scrubbing.

Lip & Cheek Stain in Peachy Cheeks
- Since it's a liquid, it's not such a great way to apply blush -- once it touches your cheek, it doesn't budge.
- It was easy to apply on my lips, though.
- I would say that it's a cheaper version of Benefit Cosmetics Benetint lip and cheek stain.
-
It lasted about half a day or so.- I would suggest though that someone buy a separate blush and lip color, rather than trying to get a 2-in-1.

Creamy Lipstick in Bisou

- The lipstick actually went on much smoother than I thought it would, which made me nervous that it would come off easily
- It was creamy -- very easy to apply evenly.
- It was easier to apply than the red sephora lipstick I have but did not feel quite as nice as a Dior red I usually use.
- It did -- it kind of faded a bit but never came completely off even after eating and drinking.
- I would recommend it, but not for everyday. It's definitely for a night out.

Gel Eyelliner in Black
 - I applied a simple black winged liner just on top. It required more than one attempt with various brushes.
- Once I applied with a short angled eyeliner brush, the liner went on smoothly and precisely.
- Because of the gel, it lasted all day -- if you were to wear this at night as well, I would recommend touching it up.
-I would definitely recommend to a friend!

That's so chic!

Asos Products Reviews

This is the exact as my peach one worn and reviewed. It looked more "mint" online but in person, it's a light pastel blue (so pretty). I don't have any skirts in this color and I can't seem to turn down a full skirt with pockets. Keeping and would recommend. FYI - the waist doesn't provide much stretch so I'd recommend sizing up. This reminds me of my other ASOS yellow neoprene skirt  The waist on this skirt runs small and fits me perfectly. It'sregular sizing but the XXS is tiny and comparable to H&M size 2. I wish it was a couple inches longer in length but other than that, it's adorable. The material is made from as stretch scuba material and is thinner than neoprene. It drapes nicely and doesn't seem to be wrinkle prone. Would highly recommend. Perfect for Spring/Summer.I've been looking for a thinner chartreuse pencil skirt for Spring/Summer and had high hopes for this one. I love the tapered fit and longer length but the material is a bit strange. It's unlined, thin and seems to wrinkle easily. The price is decent buts still debating if I can live with the material.

Chanel Pink Explosion Joues Contraste Blush Review, Photos and Swatches!

Hey! CHANEL .

Chanel Pink Explosion Joues Contraste Blush ( 43$)  is a medium-toned cool pink with fine shimmer. It's not overly cool, so thankfully it works really well on my warm skin. It provides that dolly pink cheek that pairs well with neutral and cool eyeshadows (purples, taupe, etc).

Mine is the Euro (original 2010) version, which is a baked powder as opposed to the version you'd get from the Chanel counters in the US, which is the standard pressed-powder version. There are slight differences - in general, the baked version isn't as pigmented with one swipe and isn't as soft. I prefer the US version. (You can view a comparison on Cafe Makeup.)

If you know me by now, I find any form of pink color cosmetics hard to resist and I love, love, love Joues Contraste Blushes. Pink Explosion has been on my wishlist for a while now, so when I spotted it in a blog sale, I jumped on it! (Hi Risa!) Anyways, who wouldn't love a product named Pink Explosion?

The pigmentation is good - it's light, but buildable and what you'd want from a blush that's so pink. I'm actually less inclined to use some of my really pigmented blushes (Nars for instance) because I tend to use too heavy of a hand. With my Joues Contraste Blushes, I never go overboard - but if I do, the color blends so well into my skin that it never looks unnatural.

Is it a must-have? Eh, not really considering I own shades that are similar enough and the color isn't all that unique overall. But, I love the luxury of Chanel cosmetics and I'm happy to have it.

The Round-Up

Pros:
Cool pink that is soft enough for daily use
Blends very well on the cheeks - diffuses into my skin, looking very natural
Good amount of pigment that is buildable
Luxurious packaging :)
Rose scented - love!
Cons:
None!
Repurchase? Well, I'm pretty sure I'll never finish this blush among others, but I love building up my little Chanel Blush collection and if per say I lost this blush, I would replace it. :)
